When Boredom Strikes

          Everyone of us  gets so bored that we really don't what to do anymore. There are those times when we just stare at the ceiling and the walls of our house, thinking of something awesome. Sometimes, you just sit around all day, scrolling up and down, reading statuses and tweets, checking on someone's pictures (maybe your crush or that fancy outfit you want to buy), or maybe re-reading your favorite novel for the nth time. Relate? Yah, I do know how you feel. That feeling of looking forward for the weekend after a long week of school and work and then you'll just end up being stuck in the house in front of the television, wifi on, and your smart phone in the palm of your hands. I really described it too much?hahaha
Well, I just found the perfect solution for those boredom issues!

           Get up, text your friends, take a bath, put on a cute outfit, and head over to the mall.
Malls and shopping are an instant boredom killer! All you need is energy, few bucks, food, and Starbucks!

Almost There

          Actually, the first day of my last semester in college was last Monday but I didn't go to school (bad girl)hahahaha. Moving on, it feels so good to finally (almost there) finish school (hopefully). All the sleepless nights, growing eyebags, stressful days, nerve-wrecking finals, and crying wallets will be almost over.:)
          Of course, I will miss every bit of time I've stayed inside the classroom walls and all the teachers who made our journey the worst and the best.
I chose to wear this on my first day of my last sem because I was too lazy to pick something complicated and something simple so I went for the complicatedly simple outfit. This outfit will be nothing without the help of the super comfy and cute flats from So Fab! I bought them last month when they celebrated their 10 Fabulous years of great shoes for every girl, lady, and woman.

          Just a little more push and I'm finally free to live my life in the corporate world!

          Since I was a kid, I've always dreamed of becoming a Princess one day. I joined pageants and contests (literally a lot) to uplift my confidence, self-esteem, and improve my talent. But when I grew up (today), I've realized that I wasn't becoming a Princess. I was becoming a Queen.(Yeah!)
Well, if you know me well enough or you're one of my high school and college classmates, you know me as an outgoing and outspoken person. And most of the time, not very "most" of it, I am a little 3!tchy.hahahaha
That's why my college friends call me the QUEEN 3!tch! So I guess the shirt's perfect on me!hahaha

Well, enough of that.:)

          My blog has been up and running since January 2014. With that, I've been invited to a lot of events already, met crazy and awesome people, received gifts, experienced the unexpected, exposed to the fashion world, and gained a lot of readers and followers. Well, I think now is the time to give back and share my blessings to all my Fabulous and Fashionista readers!

          After a whole week of gray clouds and sobbing skies, Mr. Sun is out and ready to play with us again. Well actually I prefer the cold weather and rainy heaven to the hot feeling we have right now.:) But I have no choice, right? Deal with it, Sha!:)))

         

          This was the outfit I chose to wear to a short meeting with my cousin, friends, and my honey. Actually, it should've been a meeting but they had other plans. Well, you know what that means.:)

I'm very happy in these shots (obviously...) (I love jump shots, btw) because of all the blessings, school pressure (should I be happy about that?hahaha), love of the people around me, and the bright future ahead of me.

          We should always be happy with whatever we have, not have, and will have because we'll never know what God will be blessing us tomorrow. Always smile, keep your chin up, and make your heels HIGHER than anyone else!:)

First Day of my Last Year in College

Summer's over, School starts!

Yesterday was the first day of my last year in College. By the way, I'm taking up Bachelor of Arts Major in English at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila. It was Monday so I expected heavy traffic, everyone would be outside, cranky people because of the weather and thousands of students in school. Everything I expected were right! The roads are covered with countless vehicles filled with commuters from all walks of life.
It took me almost 2 hours to reach PUP (it's normal) and when I got there, ABS-CBN and GMA were there covering the first day of classes. PUP grounds were covered with students from freshmen to seniors! I really can't describe the sight!!!!
Well, enough with that. My first day was a bit tiring, boring but happy because I saw my classmates again after 2 months.
Since it was the first day of my last year in college, I decided to wear something cool and cute. Something that would stand up.

Windy day..

I matched blue with orange just to emphasize both colors. I didn't want to have too much blue or too much orange. That would be a total eye sore. I want my first day to be fun and colorful not dull or too simple like white and jeans so I let the Inner Fab in me take control and voila!

School doesn't have to be plain and dragging. I know it's gonna be a bit different now because of thesis defense which means sleepless nights, eye bags, haggard faces, hot heads, and dying wallets. But you know, it's actually gonna be fun if you'd look at it on the bright side. Just think that in a couple of months, we'll be walking the streets of Makati or Taguig or anywhere in a concrete jungle, sipping coffee, waiting for your pay, and thinking of how to spend it with ones you love.
Enjoy every single moment of college and make it like your high school days, you'll miss every bit of it.:)
